On 2 June 2022, I did this activity with 2 groups of students (9D intensive English group and 11B \u2013 intensive English group). I introduced the project to them, they defined the term \u201cinfluencer\u201d, we discussed about the pros and cons of being an influencer and analyzed the examples provided in the \u2018Sources\u2019. They watched the video on YouTube, some of them knew about the incident in which Rihanna was involved and commented on the incident with Marta Losito. Then, in groups, they wrote words they would use that give confidence or discourage when a product or service is advertised. They brought a lot of arguments and examples and were very active as it was an interesting topic with which they were very familiar. They all agreed that no matter whether you are an influencer or not, you should choose your words carefully and wisely.<\/p>\n
