All’interno di un percorso educativo ispirato al valore della gentilezza, abbiamo realizzato un brevissimo video che raccoglie i momenti speciali di una settimana di attività a tema in cui sono state regalate Caramelle🍬ripiene di PAROLE che volano leggere, vanno più lontane e fanno bene al cuore.
Obiettivo del video è quello di implementare le relazioni positive all’interno dell’istituto tra personale, docenti, studenti, famiglie e del territorio come riscoperta di valori di buona convivenza civile, di composizione dei conflitti e di cittadinanza attiva e come antidoto a fenomeni di bullismo e cyberbullismo.

Nella nostra scuola primaria, ogni classe a turno, durante una settimana al mese circa, ciascuna classe a turno, dona, all’ingresso parole gentili a tutti gli altri alunni.

Kind Speech Day campaign within our “Sommerfest” – compliment shower for all our visitors

Our Kind Speech Day Campaign was embedded in our annual summer festival. Time was scares, final marks had to be made, the graduation took place, so we decided that the „Sommerfest“, in our beautiful school garden, was the best option to make it happen. Our motto this year was „Viele Kulturen – eine Einheit“ (many cultures – one unit) and we planned our project to be international as well.
We recorded compliments and kind phrases from many pupils in different languages (with its German meaning) and put them together to an audio file. On the festival day, we prepared a close by classroom with comfortable cushions and an information poster about the „amelie“ project. We had the audio running continously.
In the course of the afternoon, many people, who needed a short break from all the noise and the people (it was very busy with all our pupils and their family and friends), sat down and enjoyed the „compliment shower“. When the visitors left the room again, they could take a „compliment to go“ – for that we created a poster with kind phrases to tear off.
The campaign was a success – people really enjoyed all the nice words from the teenagers. While recording the audios, we found out that some pupils really struggled to say something nice. So we decided to keep the „compliment to go“ idea. After the summer holiday, we are going to place these posters in different corners of our school for everyone to take a kind word with them whenever they need it or to give it out to someone – with hope to change the way of speech among the children, from mean words (which sadly are more common in the everyday language than nice words) to respectful and friendly conversation. The audio file will also be on display, but we still need to figure out in which way.

Nikolai Katranov School in Svishtov took part in the national Kind Speech Day (Ден на добрата дума) that was celebrated in Bulgaria on 14th April 2022. The students of the 1st “B” class and Snezhana Blazheva held a flashmob in key public spots in the city of Svishtov to the music of the “Song for goodness” by the famous Bulgarian children books’ author Maya Dalgacheva and the composer Haigashot Agasyan. Children learned through their experiences. They wrote down their thoughts about good words, and each child wrote 7 pages, which they distributed to their fellow citizens. In this way, they inspired citizens of the local community to stop for a moment and think, use words of kindness, words that uplift, not words that discourage and depress.

Students of A senior class studied the material in their own time in the frame of flipped classroom. At school they created a video in English inspired by the subject they studied. The project will be continued with the production of a second episode next school year.

Kind Speech Day at 4th Elementary School of Pallini

Our stubents of B class created paper flowers of kindness. They wrote words of kindness on their petals and offered the flowers to classmates from other classes. They created a poster with messages of good behavior and polite ways to verbally and physically communicate. Students also played a pantomime of kind words and during the KSD they experimented with using only good behavior phrases throughout the day.

Kind Speech Day_Bajmok_Vuk_Serbia

I mi smo pokrenuli kampanju protiv govora mržnje. Naša škola je veoma šarena, pa smo koristili reči na više jezika: srpski, mađarski, romski, bunjevački, nemački i engleski. U priloženom materijalu, slikama i snimcima verujem da će svi videti kako smo uspeli i nadamo se nastavku.
Ovaj događaj su izmislili, detaljno isplanirali i organizovali učenici 8/4 razreda. Učesnici su bili svi učenici naše škole od prvog do 8. razreda.
