\nActivity:<\/strong> In this section you find the newest activities happening on the platform (e.g. newest posts or comments from other members)
\nTraining materials:<\/strong> In this section you find a selection of worksheets to address the topic of online hate speech in your classrom. They are divided into different age groups. Choose the one you prefer and do an activity in class. Use the comment section to share your experience with the network.
\nGroups:<\/strong> In this section you find members’ groups. You can join the ones you like or even create a new one (e.g. on a specific topic or a group for your school).
\nMembers:<\/strong> In this section you find an overview of all members registered on the platform as well as the ones you are connected to. You can also add new friends or send private messages to other users.
\nForum:<\/strong> In this section you can access the forums of the different groups where you can exchange your experiences with other teachers from all over Europe and start discussions about hate speech, the manifesto and much more. You can also ask questions or share your experiences with the network.
\nBlog articles:<\/strong> In this section you find articles, blogposts etc. related to the topic of hate speech.
\nResearch:<\/strong> In this section you find research on the broad topic of hate speech, cyberbullying, desinformation etc.
\nBest Practices:<\/strong> In this section you can find best practices, meaning examples, links and other useful resources and materials that have proven effective in addressing online hate speech.
\nPersonal Experience:<\/strong> In this section you can share your personal experiences in addressing the topic of online hate speech within class. You can share your experiences and feedback regarding the AMeLiE worksheets and upload pictures of your results and materials (e.g. posters) created in class with your students.
\nSchool communication campaigns:<\/strong>
\nThis section is dedicated to the schools\u2019 communication campaigns against online hate speech. Here you can upload all content and materials created during your school\u2019s monthly Kind Speech Day as well as pictures, screenshots etc. for documentation.
\nAltogether, this portfolio will be the base for entering the contest “The Best Communication Campaigns against Hate Speech on the Net”. One school \u2013 meaning one representative teacher per partner country \u2013 has the chance to win a trip to a European city*. The teachers representing the winning schools of the competition will be officially awarded at an international event there.
\nRepository:<\/strong> The repository is a storage location for files organised within folders. Here, you may find all the files available on the platform (pdfs, zips, powerpoints, etc.) in one location and download all the files within the folder at once.<\/div><\/div>\n

You can add friends through the members page<\/a>, you can send private messages or join a group from the groups page<\/a> and exchange public messages in it or via the dashboard.<\/a><\/div><\/div>\n
<\/span>How can I copy\/share a platform link with other community members?<\/div>
If user A is viewing the platform in certain language and follows a link shared by user B who is viewing the platform in another language\u00a0 user A will see the platform section in a language other than his\/hers. So in order to avoid a confusing redirect we suggest you use the link icon on top of the screen (at the right of search icon) if you want to copy\/share a link.<\/p>\n

The platform supports other types of articles, such as case studies, best practices, etc. You can post articles via the \u201cGet Active\u201d submenu in the sidebar of the dashboard page or from the top menu<\/div><\/div>\n
<\/span>What is the difference between dashboard \/ groups activitiy and forum?<\/div>

The Dashboard is the main area where all activities appear. In this page you may see what is going on within the platform and the latest activity from all users, groups and countries. It works like the front page of social networks for logged-in users.
\nThis is the right area to post an INFORMAL message to all users within the platform. Group activities follow the same logic, but are group oriented.<\/p>\n

A forum is part of a group. Forum section is more formal concerning the platform members communication. This is the right area for posting
\nquestions or topics about specific areas of the platform, so that all group members will not miss them.\u00a0Information is organized better and users can find topics that interest them and participate to their discussion
\nPosting a topic or a reply\/post within the forum, will also get displayed within the group activity and main dashboard.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/span>How can I choose the appropriate group for posting my messages?<\/div>
\n

If you like to post a message to a specific group it is recommended to use your country group area. To communicate with users from other countries it is recommended to use the \u201cEuropean\u201c group.
\nThis is just a recommendation and will help all of us to organize the information better.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/span>Why not just post a message in the group section instead of the forum?<\/div>
\nAlthough posting a topic or a reply\/post within the forum, will also get displayed within the group activity, we recommend to post project-related messages within the forums. Targeted Information will be better organized and will not get lost within the group activity log.
\nHave in mind that activity also keep track of other type of information( eg. \u201cUser \u2026 joined the group\u201d). You may use it to share a quick \u201cinformal\u201d message to others.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
